Finally, I am much finished with the semester really. I simply have to give three finals, grade those, and I am free home. Yay, reviews, hauls, and books here I come. I have finally gotten back into the fun of wearing makeup. I forgot how lost along the way I get.
The other night the Scholar and I were going to any occasion party and we ran later because I became having so much fun doing my face. Again today It happened. I was getting ready for the dentist and I decided to use one of the mark. I just go lost in the shimmer and the blues. I was 3 minutes to the appointment late, which was much better than I thought I would be, but I definitely learned my lesson. Note to self: allot additional time for makeup application so you don’t run late on a regular basis.
Anyway, I finally acquired a time for you to take pictures of some basic foundation swatches and conclude this installment of foundations for NC 35-40. So here we go. I understand I am. Shade: Golden Beige. I must say I enjoy this basis. I also really like the tiny bottle the building blocks is packaged in. The opening is dropper style, which are great for keeping the building blocks clean, and the bottle is not hard for travel. I am amazed with this base. Face Xpert (misspelling is trendy!

Shade: medium. I understand they have got revamped the range and the tones, but I still have one bottle of this, and I understand that there probably are some containers of the floating around makeupalley swap lists. As because new shades go far, medium is a lighter than natural little, and a little darker than buff. Also, the medium is a little peachier than both new hues.
Buff and Natural are usually more yellow. Either way, the medium does combine well if you do not have super-yellow undertones. Ok, to the review. I have experienced a love/hate association with this basic foundation. I love the real way it glides and blends into my pores and skin. I love the little bottle, and I really like that it generally does not provide an SPF. Ok last one, and I must say I enjoy the price and the fact that it doesn’t rest me out. I hate the sponge-tip applicator and the fact that sometimes it generally does not fare well with my greasy skin.
Therefore, I usually wear this foundation during the winter and shelve it during the summer. In addition, the color seems a little off sometimes. However, and this is a huge “however,” I am growing to love this foundation increasingly more each day. For some good reason, I decided to grab this foundation the other day, and I have already been wearing it religiously going back two weeks.
For some reason, it is not sliding from my face, even when bounded by heat, and the color is related perfectly. All day for me with very negligible switch The foundation is also sustained. I think this 180-degree performance can be partially related to the primers I have already been trying out: coastalscents diva defense (performing swimmingly) and mark. If you have oily skin, try the building blocks samples before you get a full bottle.
8, but if it generally does not work it occupies space which is just annoying. The coverage is medium to mid-full. You may build up with this foundation, but it will not build-up to total full dental coverage plans. The uniformity is creamy and light, and it dries to a mildly slow natural powder surface finish. This foundation is a cinch to blend. I shall say that the sponge-tip applicator is the pits.
I utilize it to dab on the foundation, but it really is gimmicky and cumbersome. I’d live if mark totally revamped the packaging just. Shade: Soft Honey. I love compact foundations. I love powder finishes. I like swipe-and-go foundations, and this is it on all three accounts just. However, this foundation hates oily skin sometimes, so I need to make use of it when there are zero humidity and cool to winter. If you have normal body this foundation can be your best friend. If you have dry skin, then you must first moisturize. CoverGirl will have really pooped shades. Each goes from super-pink to super-orange.
